Exchanges

At Amigo Attires, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that there might be instances where you may need to exchange a product, and we have designed our Exchange Policy to accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness and transparency. Please take a moment to review our policy outlined below:

1. Size Exchange:

If you receive a product that doesn't fit you perfectly, we offer a hassle-free size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a size exchange, kindly follow these steps:

  • Reach out to our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details and the specific item you would like to exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Please note that the item being exchanged must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and labels intact.

2. Defective Product Exchange:

We take utmost care to ensure the quality of our products, but in the rare event that you receive a defective product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. To initiate an exchange due to a defective product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details, images or a video showing the defect, and a proper opening video of the product as per our policy.
  • Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the exchange process.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, along with all the original packaging, tags, and labels.

3. No Refunds:

All sales are final. No money will be refunded once a purchase is made.

4. Damaged or Missing Product Complaints:

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we kindly ask that you register a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the package. Timely reporting helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order details, along with photos or videos clearly showing the damage or missing item(s).
  • Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.

Note: Complaints registered after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

Opening Video Requirement:

For any exchanges related to defective products, we require a proper opening video of the product as part of our quality control process. This video serves as evidence of the product's condition upon arrival and helps us expedite the exchange process. Please make sure the opening video clearly shows the product and its condition as it was received.

Additional Information:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or replacement product is unavailable, we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative.
  • The exchange process may take a few days to complete, depending on the location and availability of the desired product.
  • Amigo Attires reserves the right to deny an exchange request if the product is not in its original condition or if the conditions mentioned above are not met.
  • For all exchange pickup requests, customers are responsible for covering the associated shipping charges.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Outside India: exchange available but with customer shipping charge
  • In India 7 days and in international 15 days no refund only exchange option available

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframes mentioned above, please check your bank account or credit card statement first.

If the refund still hasn't appeared, contact your bank or credit card company as there might be some processing time before the refund is posted.
