Return & Refund Policy

At Amigo Attires, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we've made our return process as simple as possible.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of items that are defective, damaged, or not as described within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Intimate wear for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website and go to your order history.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions to complete the return request form.
  4. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions via email.
  5. Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging, tags, and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeframes

Refund processing times depend on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after the refund is processed
  • Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days after the refund is processed
  • Digital Wallets (PayPal, etc.): 1-3 business days after the refund is processed

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

  • If an item is returned with signs of wear or use
  • If an item is returned without original packaging or tags
  • If only part of a set or bundle is returned

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible, especially if inventory is limited.

If the exchange is due to a defective item or our error, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframes mentioned above, please check your bank account or credit card statement first.

If the refund still hasn't appeared, contact your bank or credit card company as there might be some processing time before the refund is posted.
